The Farm
Join us as we continue the centuries old saga of life on the farm and witness its latest manifestation as a Farm Brewery growing its own hops and barley for our craft brewery in the making. Visit our organic heirloom permaculture gardens, harvest fresh vegetables and heritage eggs or join our culinary based workshops focusing on food production, preparation and preservation.

Our authentic log-framed canvas prospector tents are just the right mix of rustic luxury you need to slow down and reconnect. Each tent-suite features a kingsized bed, inside sitting lounge, ensuite bathroom with a hot shower and a private outdoor kitchen featuring a charcoal grill. Everything you need to live a simple, beautiful experience!
The Brewery
Witness Heritage in the Making. In 2014 we launched the ambitious vision to establish the County’s first organic farm brewery using heirloom hops and malt barley cultivars grown right here on our farm. The Fronterra Farm Brewery is set on our farm’s legendary Hillier soils which defined the County in the barley boom of the late 19th century and again in 2007 as Canada’s newest VQA wine appellation.
