About your hosts:

Kimberly Humby and David Humby are my padroni. But don’t worry, I know how to work around them. (And sometimes they are quite “adorabile”…)

They made my sister, East & Main, a respectable lady, and helped make Wellington the place where you must go in Prince Edward County. (I want to meet that prince, don’t you?)

Seriamente, they are very fine ristoratori… And they are sommeliers!

About the chef:

Ma che carino! Matt DeMille, he is paisano, from here, you know? Went to the big city to make fortune…

He worked in many fine ristorante in Toronto: Canoe, Biff’s Bistro. Le Select Bistro… he was Chef de Partie at Parts and Labor… and then he worked as Chef de Cuisine at Enoteca Sociale!

I am very lucky he came back to work with me! You will love his food. Si, è vero..
